Enhancing The Flow of God’s Grace

Print

Grace is a free gift from God that is constantly flowing. We have access to the flow of that grace through Jesus Christ. I have shared many messages and revelations about the life-changing power of God’s grace. This week I want to share the insight God has given me to enhance the flow of His grace and not hinder it. I believe this is going to bless you and help you remove any barrier prohibiting you from receiving all that God has promised. God is never withholding anything from us, but there are times when we may be hindering or blocking all that God’s grace has made available.  Please understand that this is not an issue that is based on “good” or “bad” behavior. This is an issue dealing with pride. When pride causes our thoughts or actions to contradict the Word of God, the effect on a spiritual level can be compared to rubber blocking the flow of electricity. To operate in pride is to depend on yourself and what you can do instead of fully depending on Jesus. A humble attitude enhances the flow of grace and results in blessings, but God resists the proud. Child of God, make note that God loves his children dearly and he will never reject us, but he will reject pride. James 4:6 tells us that God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. This is the key to enhancing the flow of God’s grace. We must humble ourselves. Those who humble themselves and seek grace (the unmerited favor of God because of the sacrifice Jesus) will find it in abundance. Think on these things throughout your week, humble yourself, and watch as the grace of God begins to flow more freely in your life.

Prayer:

Lord, we thank you for your grace. We take on an attitude of humility right now, and we trust that you will guide us in every situation. We are blessed to be your children, and our lives are a reflection of your grace flowing freely. It is in Jesus’ name that we pray. Amen.
