Your World with Creflo to air nationally beginning August 2

Issues-oriented talk show to air on BET and WGN

ATLANTA, GA—July 31, 2015 – The new Creflo Dollar Ministries talk show - Your World with Creflo - will air nationally on cable giants BET and WGN beginning Sunday, August 2, 2015 at 7:30 am EST. Creflo Dollar Ministries, the global outreach ministry headquartered outside Atlanta, launched the new talk show format this spring to address real-world issues and confront head-on the concerns that impact the lives of everyday people all across the globe. No issue is off limits in this hard-hitting new format, as the programming explores the challenges and concerns of real people from a broad-based perspective. Originally aired across the ministry’s own network and Internet platforms, Your World with Creflo now expands its reach into millions of homes outside of the traditional ministry boundaries.

For more than 30 years, Creflo and Taffi Dollar have led World Changers Church International – with flagship churches in Atlanta and New York – and a number of affiliated ministry entities like Creflo Dollar Ministries. WCCI is the headquarters for some two dozen fellowship churches in the US, Canada and Australia, and international offices on every continent manage the global missions and outreach work of the ministry all over the world. The goal of the new show, according to Dollar, is to transcend traditional ministry programming by taking on the difficult issues that ordinary people encounter in today’s fast-paced, high-tech and complicated world. “We did not want to do the typical ministry broadcast, where we air sermons from the pulpit,” say Dollar. “This is more of a general audience show, designed to reach people who may not go to church at all or don’t see how the concept of God fits into their lives. If it’s happening in 2015, we will talk about it on Your World.” The new show features guests from all walks of life who share what’s on their minds, and the ensuing dialogue seeks common-sense, practical solutions they can relate to. The primary goal is to explore the relevance of biblical principles in the modern context, but from the perspective of the viewer.

Your World with Creflo airs every Sunday morning at 7:30 EST on both BET and WGN. The show seks to avoid ‘church as usual’ and steps into uncharted waters with each episode. Tune in each week for discussion and solutions way different from what you might expect.
